On May 11, 2022 starting at approximately 21:40 UTC (2:40pm PT), an outage of the Abnormal Portal Service was reported

Customers would have seen a 403 error when they tried to access their Abnormal Portal. However, no issues with ingestion or remediation were noted.

We investigated and by 22:00 UTC (3:00pm PT) we were able to recover our services and Customers would have been able to access the Portal once again.

We apologize for any inconveniences that this outage created for you. We are looking into what processes we can put into place to prevent this type of outage, and internal notifications we can put in place to learn about outages faster.
