Abnormal will be performing scheduled maintenance on March 29, 2025, at 14:00 UTC, lasting approximately 10 hours. During this time, customers may experience slower search performance and temporarily stale data. There is no impact to our detection engine as part of this maintenance. Emails will be analyzed and remediated as expected.
Impacted Services: The maintenance will affect any features that rely on Search functionality, including but not limited to: •Search and Respond – Slower response times when searching for and taking action on messages. •AI Security Mailbox – Potential delays in retrieving reported emails.
