Starting on January 24, 2023 at 7:00pm UTC (11:00pm PT), customers may have experienced delays with email processing and remediation due to a networking issue in O365 which Microsoft has acknowledged and resolved as of January 25, 9:00pm UTC (1:00am PT).

All messages during the incident window are being reprocessed by the Abnormal Engineering team.
