Intermittent Email Remediation Delays due to Microsoft Outage

Starting on February 7, 2023, customers may have experienced intermittent delays with message remediation. The intermittent delays are being investigated with Microsoft based on a Microsoft outage which happened around the same timeframe. The Microsoft outage appears to have caused residual downstream effects for Abnormal customers up until February 9, 2023. There are no errors to indicate any issue with the Abnormal Security service.

The Abnormal team is working with any impacted customers and Microsoft to ensure any issues they may have experienced due to the Microsoft outage have been resolved.
