On August 23, 2023, starting at 4:20 AM PT, customers may have experienced intermittent access to the Threat Log and Abuse Mailbox Dashboards and with email remediation.

The reprocessing of impacted remediation actions is in progress. We will provide an update once reprocessing is completed.

As of 7:50 AM PT services were fully operational.
