Starting at approximately 19:00 UTC on May 14, 2024, our database, which powers message details in the Portal Threat Log Details page, began experiencing an unexpected increase in load, resulting in email content unavailable being displayed

There is no impact on email detection and remediation. Messages older than approximately May 14, 2024, 19:00 UTC should be visible. However, newer messages after May 14, 2024, 19:00 UTC will not be visible until the data staleness issues have been resolved.
